A shoot with me should only ever feel like a great adventure with your best friend

The Process
Get in touch -
Once you've decided you want timeless artwork of your best friend - reach out!
We will pick a date, firstly. Then, I'll give you access to a handy guide that helps you choose a location. We can go over what you want out of the session and crucially your pets needs - creating a bespoke plan, all before going anywhere.
The Shoot-
On the day, we meet up, let the dogs acclimatise to me and the area, and get to work! The shoot will consist of playing, giving fuss, exploring and pausing at scenic spots. It should feel fun for you and your dog! I will show you sneak peaks as we go.
Delivery -
Around 4 weeks after our adventure, I will deliver your private, fully edited online gallery. This is the hard bit- you narrow down your digital selections, and choose which you want to send for print. Physical products will be ordered by me, and are shipped 1st class to your door.
"I'm over the moon with these. I've been dreading getting them as I was so worried with him being so excitable and not doing what we needed all the time, but you have truly captured my boy. From the bottom of my heart thank you." - Wendy
My Dog is Reactive, can they come?
Yes - Though I love to get involved with the dogs on a shoot, this is not required if it will stress them out. They will need to be comfortable with me being close to them however.
My locations are also often very quiet, however I cannot guarantee this. I am always happy to make accommodations for dogs with extra needs. - Every dog deserves their photo taken!
Can I bring more than one dog to the shoot?
I allow up to 3 dogs from the same household per session. More than that would have an extra pet charge as my edit workload goes up massively!

For breeders, the whole litter is included.
They cant be let off the lead - Will it still work?
Yes! If I asked you to choose which images of mine the dog was on a lead, could you do it?

The long-line and photoshop combo works wonders. If your dog must stay on the lead for any reason at all, this will not impact your experience or images.
Can I be in some photos with my dog?
Absolutely!
I will always offer to get some 'family portrait' style images for you, as well as try to capture some candids you may have not noticed. I love freezing the bond and shared looks between dog and owner, and always include them where I am able.
However, I am a canine photographer, and the focus will always be on your pet first and foremost.
What if my dog isn't the most well-trained?
Though I'd be lying if I said a solid "stay" wasn't useful, it is not required.
A combination of action shots, playtime, catching them in a moment of rest, or even a little treat bribery goes a long way. I've met 90+ dogs, so I'm sure you will be fine too!
Do you require a deposit?
I do - I take a non-refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking, and it is at that time your date is secured. The remainder of the cost is taken after we have been on our shoot, in-case of any last minute weather issues!
What if its raining?
We likely wont go, and I will make rearrangements with you.
A light drizzle is okay, but my gear needs to be protected from rain where possible. Plus, I don't imagine you wanted a wet walk anyway!
What if I love more images than is included?
Have as many as you wish!
My pricing for additional prints and digitals is included in the guide sent to you upon booking with me.
There is never an expectation to purchase more, and there is no hard sell from me - Your gallery is viewed online, in your own home. The choices are yours alone!
